All of our machinery has its dust-control system built in, meaning that our sanding process is 99.9% dust-free from start to finish! 


The drying time between oils and lacquers is normally between 4-6 hours, which is then the stage the flooring can be walked on. After 12 hours you can replace furniture on the floor (we recommend using sticky felt pads underneath any feet) and remember, no replacing rugs or cleaning the floor for at least 7 days! This allows the applied product to fully cure. 


This all depends on the type of material the carpet/upholstery is made from. However, once the cleaning has been completed we use multiple large air blowers to help aid the drying and reduce the wait time drastically. Your carpet/upholstery should be ready for use within 4-6 hours after we have finished! 


If your expected delivery day was not met, please contact us on 0800 998 7373 immediately and we will follow this up with our delivery team straight away. We will provide any updates regarding your order as soon as we receive them. 


After initial contact is made, we will arrange a site visit where a member of our team will come along and view the location, make notes on any specifics around your needs, and gain a better understanding of what type of work will be required. Once this has taken place, a proposal will be put together explaining the finer details of what we will be providing; listing any issues you are currently having and how we will fix them. Then the final part! A contract is agreed upon and signed, and the process begins of us carrying out the service required to meet your standards as our client. 


And a cool little fact most people are unaware of, the name Rolin comes from the beginning of Robert (RO) and the last three letters of Catlin (LIN)! More details can be found on our About Us Page
